Installation and test:

1、  After this sensors are installed, it is necessary to adjust the axis and direction to the correct position, then arrange the wire in good order;

2、  To connect the power wire of the control box with the turning light correctly；

3、  To connect the digital display with the control box well;

4、  To put the gear lever to reverse gear, then radix point in the display should be lighted, it indicates that the system is under detecting status; If not, please check it as following steps;

5、  To connect one sensor with corresponding plug in control box, it can be operated normally if someone stands in 1.0m,  then check others sensors according to this way. After check, all of sensors would be connected with corresponding plugs.

A．When testing some sensors, if the buzzer has continuously ring all along, 1. please check whether some parts of the car or some unnecessary objects enter into the detecting range; 2. Or whether the holes are too small so as that the sensors cannot detect effectively; 3. Or whether the sensors are too close to some strong interference sources (such as, exhaust pipe or other wires);

B. If the buzzer alarms at a clear place and the display shows distance figure, but there are nothing in front of the sensor, then it is possible that the sensors are detecting the ground, please check the position and direction of the sensor; Or the sensors maybe detect some parts of the car.

C. If above problems couldn’t be solved yet, then the whole system should be replaced;

 

Note

1、  When install this system, please kindly shut off the car power;

2、  The system performance may be affected at the following situations; heavy rain; on gravel road, bumpy road, sloping road and bush; very hot, cold or moist weather; The sensors are covered by snow, ice, mud etc;

3、  It is possible to affect the system’s performance when there are others ultrasonic or electric wave near this system, or at these situations, the conversion of DC and AC or 24V and 12V switched;

4、  The sensors should not be installed too tightly or too loose;

Do not put the control box to close others interference sources, such as, exhaust pipe or other wires;

To test the system before using so as to make sure it works normally;

5、  This system’s performances are only as a kind of reminding aim, in case of any accidents, the manufacturer or distributor will be not responsible for that.
